Shipping Policy
SyncViz offers different delivery charges based on service-zone coverage. Most areas in Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad, and Sahiwal are treated as service zones, while other areas in Pakistan are treated as non-service zones.
Coverage
Service-zone and non-service-zone delivery fee rules apply based on area and weight/order value.
Fee Logic
Service zones are value-based; non-service zones are weight-based and may require call confirmation for excess charges.
Customer Check
Customers should verify delivered items against the bill at the time of receipt.

Rs. 300 delivery fee + Rs. 300 for each additional kg above 0.5 kg
Additional Notes
Delivery in cities other than Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, and Sahiwal shall be considered as delivery in non-service zones.
In case of delivery charges of more than Rs. 300, our call center agent will call the customer to inform them of the excess delivery charges before confirming the order from the customer.
The customer should ensure the delivery as per bill at the time of receipt of goods.
For all non-service zones, SyncViz is partnering with a third party logistics provider to provide its services to customers.
Milk items, Injections, fridge items, liquid Items, and glass bottles cannot be delivered in non-service zones.
