1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

• Prescription medications.
• Refrigerated items (e.g., insulin).
• Personal care items (e.g., skin care, cosmetics).
• Vitamins and supplements that have been opened.
• Any item with a broken safety seal.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@syncviz.com or call us at +92 123-456-789 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your receipt and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
