3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
